Through the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN), the Training Center for Professionalism and Foreign Languages organized a series of seminars via distance training of KDI School for the contingent of public employees of the HCMC Cadre Academy to participate in including lessons on various aspects of Information Technology and digital transformation in the context of the pandemic, which highlighted some of Korea's notable lessons and experiences.
The program comprised 08 videoconferences on GDLN videoconferences conducted in 02 months. After the experience of this program, the participants were eligible to attend offline for the actual exchange, field research and direct exchange in Korea (The Face to Face program).
Subjects: experienced managers, comprehensive developers, and stakeholders currently engaged in the public sector, education, or related information technology industries.
Time: Every Wednesday from March 16 to May 4, 2022 at 16:00 to 17:00 (Korea timezone).

358 participants from the Asia Pacific region registered for the course, five of whom were from HCMC Cadre Academy. At the end of the course, 100 participants were granted certificates.
