Concluding the seminar, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Y, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy assessed that, with a whole working session with a sense of responsibility and democracy, the seminar fulfilled its program and reached its intended goals. The discourses and opinions expressed enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility in the field of scientific research and policy consultancy. The discourses showed specific mechanisms and policies to develop Beijing Capital as well as Ho Chi Minh City, especially in attracting investment, promoting development of scientific research and application of science and technology. Many opinions shared at the seminar suggested further content for more in-depth discussions, seminars, and exchanges in the future.
